OVERVIEW:

Kenny & Ryan met up with the team at Bardstown Bourbon Company on April 27th for lunch and arranged a barrel selection with James Saunders from New England Barrel Company while they were there.  James brought them 5 samples and had them select them blind.  He makes a point of personally selecting every barrel that goes into the private barrel program, and you could tell because Kenny and Ryan had a hell of a time narrowing down the finalist.

James, similar to Kenny comes from the tech world, but unlike Kenny, he quit his job last year and is going all in on bourbon.  We think you'll love our New England Barrel Company Selection that we've named "ALL IN".

• Palate:  The palate is spicy yet balanced: orange citrus, brown sugar, cinnamon, and peach.
• Finish:  The finish is dry and lingers with fruity orchard fruits and citrus on the palate.
