How do you ensure my order arrives safely?
We use specialized, heavy-duty packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage. Every shipment is fully insured, and we include tracking so you can monitor your order from our cellar to your door.
What is your policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was received. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos to initiate a claim.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers are not permitted to leave these packages at the door without a signature.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We currently ship to most states; however, state-level regulations vary. If we are unable to ship to your specific zip code due to local laws, you will be notified at checkout and your order will not be processed.
