Known for its compact size and high sugar content, Tobalá grows only in remote high-altitude areas and takes up to 15 years to mature, making this mezcal a true connoisseur’s spirit.

Distilled in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca by Master Mezcalero Cristóbal Morales, this mezcal is made using ancestral techniques: roasted in stone-lined pits, naturally fermented, and copper-pot distilled.
