Aged for 18 months in ex-American Oak whiskey barrels. 

Tasting Notes: 

• Color: Medium light amber, with golden sparkles.
• Nose: Intense woody, notes of dried fruits.
• Palate: Cooked agave, woody, notes of vanilla.

• Appetizers: Cream cheese, seeds and gaspacho.
• Dishes: Lamb, duck, fine stakes of beef and pork, salmon and white fish.
• Desserts: With apple as a base, guava or passion fruit mousse.
