Overview: Produced by Famille Perrin, Coudoulet de Beaucastel is often considered “Baby Beaucastel.” Coudoulet vineyards are located just east of the vineyard of Beaucastel and the soil has many similarities to that of Beaucastel. The same skill in blending that has been passed down in the Perrin family from generation to generation is utilized in Coudoulet de Beaucastel wines. Pioneers in their innovative approach to organic farming since the 1950s and then in biodynamic farming in the early 1970s, the family continues to always search for the best techniques to respect the uniqueness and authenticity of their terroir. Today, the 5th generation of Famille Perrin continues the legacy under common values: absolute respect for the land and the terroir, biodynamic culture, always searching authenticity, balance and elegance.
Tasting Notes: Features scents of sun-warmed stones and ripe raspberries. Medium to full-bodied, it’s plush and open-knit, already giving a lot of pleasure, and finishing zesty and long.
