We implement both traditional and innovative techniques; this five-step differences in the process makes Cosmico such a rare find. 

Tasting Notes: 

• Color: Sublime crystalline shine with silver notes and golden reflections. 
• Nose: Rounded with hints of sweet vanilla but dressed with toasted caramel, a fresh herbal note and a beautiful citrus flicker stand out. The wood is present but it is mossy and moist. 
• Palate: Sweet cooked agave with bitter notes and hints of smoky and caramelized wood. A smooth, yet long finish that feels like silk in your mouth.
