This seventh finish highlights late harvest maple syrup casks from BLiS in Grand Rapids, Michigan, renowned for their small-batch, kettle-cooked depth and complexity.

Distillers blended two complementary bourbon mash bills—one a 4-grain, 3-malt recipe featuring aromatic malt, slow-toasted and caramelized at low temperatures. This combination enhances the natural sweetness and depth of the maple syrup casks, resulting in a layered, rich profile.
